I heard a story about a group of people who saw the film ‘The Secret” which was about the Law of Attraction. The film makes it sound so simple:
- Visualize what you want
- Make some affirmations
- Really want what you want
Then lo and behold things just come to you by themselves.
So the group decided that they would each try to manifest a new Mercedes car. They sat around each day for weeks concentrating, affirming, desiring, and believing that a Mercedes would appear to each and every one of them. No car showed up so they decided to set their sights a little lower and spent another few weeks manifesting car parking spaces for their existing cars. This did result in a few spare parking spaces manifesting.
