Can You Feel Six Degrees of Separation With This Hypnosis CD?

I was watching the BBC TV program yesterday about six degrees of separation – the theory that it only takes six steps to link to anyone. The program looked at the evidence to support this.

A recent Microsoft study has also supported the theory.  Researchers studied the addresses of 30bn instant messages sent during a single month in 2006.

Any two people on average are linked by seven or fewer acquaintances, they say.

One of the researchers on the Microsoft Messenger project, Eric Horvitz, said he had been shocked by the results.

“What we’re seeing suggests there may be a social connectivity constant for humanity,” he was quoted as saying by the Washington Post newspaper.

“People have had this suspicion that we are really close. But we are showing on a very large scale that this idea goes beyond folklore.”

So how does a hypnosis cd fit into all this?

Improve Self EsteemAre there times when you lack confidence and feel that you need to improve your self esteem?

Many years ago my self-esteem was very low to the extent that I felt inferior to most people I knew. I was rarely assertive and chose girlfriends were even more lacking in self confidence than I was.

So how did I improve my self esteem?

It was a gradual thing. A few key moments in this process were:

  • Playing darts in a pub with university students and suddenly realizing that I was just as bright as they were
  • Successfully completing training as a teacher (after leaving school early with few qualifications)
  • Writing a computer game and getting it published
  • Realizing who I was through meditation

For me, becoming a confident person  took a few years.  It does not have to take that long for you…

NLP Hypnosis CD

Harmony NLP Hypnosis CD

Can NLP, Hypnosis and CBT build harmony?

Sue was experiencing difficulties in her life. Her marriage had broken down, the new project at work was beset by problems and she had just had a row with her best friend. She described the psychological place she was in as the Land of Disharmony.

She did not like this land and was looking for a way out of it. She tried drinking wine at night. Too much wine. For a few hours she left the Land of Disharmony for the Land of Oblivion, but the next morning the Land of Disharmony came crashing back accompanied by a huge hangover. Getting up became a supreme effort.

Then one day she came across a unique CD called Harmony which claimed that it could help take her into a more harmonious place.

She decided to investigate this.

Relaxation CD

Some stress in life is beneficial, but too much can be dangerous. A relaxation CD can reduce your stress levels.

I live a busy and hectic life. Because of this I have to be able to cope with stress. A certain amount of stress is good for me. It stimulates and challenges me. If I spent my days on a couch watching television all day then I would not live a very fulfilled life.

In order to manage my stress levels I take frequent breaks. I have a good break at lunch and if I do watch television, it is usually at the end of the day when I can completely relax.  I also have a dog and go for brisk walks with him. In ways like this I make sure that my stress levels are not too high.

But what happens if you experience long-term prolonged stress? The consequences to your life can be very negative. You may: Read more
